Overview
The Repository Table has 12 different filter options to help you to easily find contracts and customise the table view based on different sets of data.
Filters
The 12 available filters are:
1. Folder
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts contained within a specific main folder or sub-folder.
2. Parties
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts with a specific party.
3. Contract type
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts that fall under a specific contract type or types e.g. only NDAs, or a combination of NDAs, Supplier Agreements and Leases, etc.
4. With clause
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts of a certain type that have data for a specific clause.
Note: To enable this filter you must first apply a Contract type filter.
5. Without clause
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts of a certain type that do not have data for a specific clause.
Note: To enable this filter you must first apply a Contract type filter.
6. Owner
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts with a specific owner or owners from a specific group within the company e.g. Legal.
7. Custom Field
This option lets you filter the table based on specific content that has been entered into custom fields e.g. options in a dropdown or numbers between certain folders.
8. Missing Custom Field
This option lets you filter the table based on custom fields that are missing entries, to help you ensure that data is up to date.
9. Status
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts with a particular status e.g. Awaiting Approval, Final/Signed, Archived etc.
10. Calendar events
This option lets you filter the table to view only contracts with calendar events in a specific date period.
11. Tasks
This allows you filter your search to find contracts with pending tasks, overdue tasks, tasks due in 48 hours, tasks due after 48 hours, tasks with no due date and contracts with no pending tasks.
12. Linked docs
This option allows you choose between contracts that either have linked documents or contracts that do not have linked documents on them.
13. Red flags
This option lets you filter the table to view contracts that only either have Red Flags or contracts that do not have Red flags in them.
14. Added by
This option lets you filter the table to view contracts that have been added to Repository by a specific person or by a specific group within the company e.g. Legal, Compliance, etc.
Applying filters:
The Repository Table lets you apply multiple filters simultaneously for granular control and customisation of the table.
To apply a filter, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the "Add filter" button located directly above the table.
- This will open the filter menu displaying the available filter options.
- You can scroll the list of available filter options to find the option you are looking for, or use the search function at the top of the filter menu by typing in a search term. (Note: If you are using the ‘Calendar events’ filter, the options menu is different from the others. To use this filter you must select a From or To date and then click the ‘Apply’ button to apply the date range.)
- When you find the option you are looking for, click it to apply the filter.
- When applied, the table will update the list of contracts shown below based on the filter options selected and the filter button will turn blue to indicate it has been applied.

Clearing filters:
To clear a filter, follow these simple steps:
- Find the applied filter button (indicated in blue rectangular boxes) that you want to clear from the filters section located directly above the table.
- Click the ‘X’ icon located in the right side of the button to clear the filter.
- When the filter is cleared, the table will update the list of contracts shown below and the filter button will return to its default state.
- If multiple filters are applied and you want to clear them all simultaneously, you can click the ‘Clear all’ tab positioned beside the filter button on the top left side.
