Preparing your contract templates for use with Summize is simple and seamless. With Summize's Word Add-in, you can easily tag your templates directly within Word, allowing you to stay in the environment you're familiar with. There's no need to convert documents to a different file type or learn a new tool—just tag, upload and go.
Supported Field Types in Summize Create
- Free Text: Users provide open-ended answers, inserted as-is into the contract.
- Numerical: Accepts numbers and decimals.
- Company: Access a global database to auto-fill company details or input them manually.
- Dates: Users select from a calendar with customizable formats.
- Options: Dropdown menus for single-choice answers.
- Guidance Notes: Displays helpful tips users must acknowledge to proceed to the next question.
- Conditional Sections: Dropdowns determine dynamic text inclusion.
- E.g.: "Is there a Force Majeure clause? Yes or No."
- Yes adds the clause.
- No omits it.
- Multi-Select Conditionals: Allows multiple choices from a dropdown, adding several sections to the contract.
