Tagging your templates for Create
This session is designed to equip you with the essential knowledge required to excel in tagging your own templates, therefore, allowing other teams to 'self-serve' through your desired Legal Front Door. Q: How many options can you have on drop-down field questions?
A: You can have as many as you want, however we'd advising trying to keep the number down so business users don't have to scroll through lots of options when completing the questions!
Q: Can a third party complete a contract using the Create templates?
A: Only Summize users can create contracts from your legally approved templates with the tagged fields. It can be sent to a third party but they'd have to complete manually.
Q: What button do you use to insert a tag?
A: When happy with the unique field name and question being asked to the user, click confirm, then highlight the part of the text where the tag would need to be added to and where the user's answer would populate and just click 'confirm'.
Q: Where do I find the templates tag in Summize
A: When in the main Summize landing page (Repository), click on 'Requests' on the left hand side, then click 'Templates' > 'New Template' > click 'Create' and choose the template you wish to upload from your files.
