If we don't get to answer your questions live during the webinar, we'll make sure to follow up and answer them right here.
Q: Can we only have one layer of sub-folders? Is there a plan to be able to have more than this so that we can have folders within sub-folders?
A: Summize uses a 2-tier folder structure, which consists of a main folder with subfolders. Each contract will therefore sit within a main folder > subfolder > contract type. You can also use Custom Fields if you want to apply more information to a contract beyond the folder structure. At the moment there are no plans to add folders within subfolders, as there is a comprehensive filtering system available, and the main purpose of folders is for controlling permissions and visibility.
Q: When adding contracts to the repository is there a way of changing the name? Or do we have to wait until it's uploaded and then go in and edit?
A: You can currently change a contract name after it has been uploaded to the Repository - it's quick and easy to do this! All you have to do is click into the contract and click into the contract name, and type your preferred name.
