Search for contracts from the Repository Dashboard

Overview:


You can search for contracts directly from the repository dashboard via the search function (top-right).
Find contracts in three different ways using this function, by searching either by contract name, by parties or by contract text.

 

Search by contract name:


To search for contracts based on contract name, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your search term in the search field
  2. As you type the search menu will display up to top 5 results based on search term
  3. Click on a result to view the matches in the repository table.
  4. If there are more than 5 results and you don’t see what you’re looking for, click ‘View all results’ in the search menu to view all matches the repository table.

Search by parties:


To search for contracts based on parties, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your search term in the search field.
  2. As you type the search menu will display up to top 5 results based on search term.
  3. Click on a result to view the matches in the repository table.
  4. If there are more than 5 results and you don’t see what you’re looking for, click ‘View all results’ in the search menu to view all matches the repository table.

Search by contract text:

Note, whilst the above two search functions are also available in the Repository table view, searching by contract text is only available from the dashboard.


To find contracts based on the text within a contract, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your search term in the search field.
  2. Then click on the ‘Or search contract text with term...’ link at the bottom of the search menu.
  3. This will take you to the term results table and show you all contracts that contain your searched term value within the contract text.
