Integrating your Summize Inbox with Adobe Sign

By adding this integration, a contract that is signed in Adobe Sign will automatically push into the Summize Inbox.

Setup available to Admin users only

Note: Only envelopes created via your Adobe Sign account will be sent to the inbox using this integration. If an envelope is sent via a third party, the document will not be captured.

 

Create a new webhook within the account menu area of Adobe Sign. Note, this is only accessible for Adobe Admins.

Please note that Summize can only process webhook events that have the document attached. This is currently limited to only the Agreement Workflow Completed event.

  1. Enter a name for the webhook (e.g. Summize)
  2. Select Accounts scope (e.g. Group)
  3. Enter the URL. To find this, go to Summize > Settings > Integrations, and scroll to Adobe Sign. Copy and paste the Webhook URL into the field in Adobe.

  4. Select: Agreement workflow completed event
  5. Check the following notification parameters: Agreement Info, Agreement Document Info, Agreement Participant Info and Agreement Signed Document
  6. Test the integration by signing a contract and checking that it appears in the Summize Inbox
