How to edit a party name in the repository

When you add contracts to the Repository, the AI powered Summize engine automatically performs a first pass review of the document.

As part of that process, Summize will automatically extract the party names as accurately as it can, but you can edit the name of a party at any time.

To edit a party name, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Repository Table.
2. Locate the contract you want to edit and click to navigate to the contract view.
3. Navigate to the ‘Contract information’ section of the tool panel.
4. Hover your cursor over the party names you want to edit and click inside the field.
   Note: You may add up to 5 parties in one contract.
   
5. Use your keyboard to edit the party names.
6. When you are done, click off onto a blank section of the screen and the party name will automatically update.
