How to add a new version in Review Requests

Add a new version

To add a new version of the master contract or any linked contracts, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Requests.
  2. Find the Review request you want to download and click to go to the Request View.
    Click the ‘New version’ button located in the page header (top-right).
  3. A modal with some options will appear.
  4. From here you can replace the current master contract or any existing linked contracts, as well as add new linked contracts.
  5. Click the ‘Replace’ button to replace any existing files.
  6. Click the ‘+Add a linked contract’ button to add any new files, then select the linked contract type from the dropdown for each new file you add.
  7. Click ‘Finish & Save’ to complete the action.
  8. Any changes you have made will be applied and will result in a new version.

    Note: Master contracts and linked contracts are treated as a version in combination with each other. In some circumstances you may only need to add or replace a linked contracts file but on all changes are treated as a new version each time you save.
